Administrative Assistant I
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 years of experience required
- Medtronic experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree, or pursuit of bachelor's degree
- Expertise with current office technologies and leadership tools (e.g. HR and Legal systems)
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet and graphics presentation applications
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, and social networking)
- Electronic meeting/calendar coordination
- Global event planning experience
- Works well under pressure in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion – with a professional presentation
- Keeps abreast of developments in areas of interest to the company and periodically consults with researchers and other information users to ensure maximum usefulness and service
- Experience with planning travel
- Experience working in a library or information desk environment
