Administrative Assistant (maternity leave)

MC2 Study & Scientific Solutions is a global internal service provider, developing tailor-made scientific solutions across Medtronic businesses, therapeutic areas and geographies. The team is specialized in generating, collecting and applying clinical and economic evidence to optimize health and improve outcomes


Update and maintain office policies and procedures;

Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules (Organize and schedule appointments);

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences (plan meetings and take detailed minutes);

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers:

Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes;

Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment;

May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses;

Submit and reconcile expense reports;

Provide general support to visitors;

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;

Make travel and meeting arrangements;

Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by team needs

Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets;

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Fluent English language (B2+)
At least 5 years of work experience in the role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Personal Skills:

Written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
