As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the Executive Leader in the day-to-day schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will be the right-hand person and will be required to attend meetings, sit on project committees, take notes, and follow up with participants and stakeholders. You will also be required to generate and consolidate reports. You will be an experienced multi-tasker with strong facilitation and collaboration skills, have high attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and project management skills.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Run executive’s calendar including internal/external schedule and coordinate all logistics
  • Provide operational and administrative support
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, fax, and collate documents as needed
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
  • Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
  • Act as a liaison for the team
  • Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files
  • Prepare information and research for executive needs
  • Help plan team events, meetings, and team building activities or special projects
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Support internal/external visitors
  • Other administrative duties as the need arises such as handling employee benefit program arrange & execution support


Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Holds Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Min of 2-5 years of significant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean languages
  • Ability to speak and write in a sharp, brief, and positive manner that creates a good image of the company and the executive that she represents
  • Forge relationships with other executives and their support team while conducting business. Being able to interact in a positive manner that is efficient yet friendly is important
  • Ability to actively listen to other people’s concerns, ask questions, and be able to share those concerns properly and diplomatically
  • Must have professionalism. Don’t participate in organizational politics. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable trait
  • Strive to put the boss in the limelight and work tirelessly to ensure he or she reaches and exceeds their goals (a team player!)
  • Ability to bring forward well-thought out ideas– often from a different perspective,
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Be resourceful
  • Tech savvy would be a plus
  • Validated understanding in Office Programs (Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Attention to details, while being able to maintain a bigger picture view
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems and tasks at once
  • Self-starter & teammate with positive, proactive, and open attitude
  • Ability to prioritize workload and respond quickly to urgent requests
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
  • Able to perform all clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files and confidential information, and organizing documents as needed
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
