Analista de Sistemas de Negócios Sênior - SAP SD

Responsabilidades

  • Analisar os desenhos de processos; por meio de reuniões, Kick-off e formulários; com o objetivo de definir e propor novas soluções, mitigando erros.
  • Executar os testes funcionais (elaborar, testar, corrigir e homologar) ; através de metodologia ASAP ou Activate; garantindo a configuração e o funcionamento do sistema SAP conforme as necessidades mapeadas no projeto.
  • Organizar o planejamento, desenvolvimento e testes; através de planilha excel. ou ferramentas de processos (Solman); para que seja executado (aplicado) no ambiente de produção do cliente.
  • Elaborar e aplicar os treinamentos aos usuários chaves e finais do projeto por meio de encontros presenciais ou e-learning.
  • Conferir se tudo o que foi desenvolvido/configurado foi transportado para o ambiente de produção; por meio de comparação visual e de dowload de produção.
  • Identificar e corrigir erros no ambiente de produção; por meio de cargas manuais; visando sanar as pendências de execução do cronograma do projeto.

Conhecimento Técnico:

  • Certificação e experiencia de no mínimo 10 anos no SAP no modulo SD
  • Configuração padrão do módulo SD:  estrutura organizacional, documento de vendas, categoria de item, preços, fórmulas, controle de cópia, envio, verificação de disponibilidade, documento de fatura e localização BR esquemas TAXBRJ e TAXBRA
  • Configuração Nota Fiscal eletrônica; Interface entre SAP e ambientes legados via RFC
  • Configuração e desenvolvimento de EDI (ordem de recebimento para confirmação de entrega da Nota fiscal eletrônica NFe)
  • Desejável conhecimento programação ABAP para avaliar erros de execução de programas
  • Conhecimento de integração do módulo de SD com outros módulos: Compras (MM), Finanças e Controle (FI), Produção (PP) e Transporte. 
  • Conhecimento de impostos e localização Brazil

Formação:

Escolaridade:

Ensino Superior completo em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou correlatas.

  • Desejável Pós Graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Gestão de projetos.
  • Conhecimentos em Informática:  Pacote Office
  • Idiomas:   Inglês avançado / Espanhol intermediário
