Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have
•5+ years of experience being part of global, enterprise-wide programs with one or more of the following Ariba modules: Procure to Pay/Order, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and ERP integration with Ariba Network.
•2+ years of “hands-on” experience leading supplier and catalog enablement processes.
•3+ years’ project/program management experience preferred. 
•Passion for innovation and improvement for organization systems and procedures.
•Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing Systems and/or similar technology; General knowledge of systems workflow
•Broad knowledge of Supply Management strategies, category management, procurement operational processes, and supplier information & relationship management.
•Strong proficiency with transactional purchasing systems catalogs and catalog formats (Catalog Interchange Format ‘CIF’ and Punch-out).  
•Strong leadership and influence skills that inspire trust, collaboration and operational excellence. 
•Strong customer focus and willingness to champion changes in support of overall improvement of the Procurement function.
•Strategically oriented, inquisitive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
•Strong project management skills with ability to plan tasks, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, build consensus, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently.
•Communicates and Influences effectively – inside and outside of Supply Management function
•Proven experience of working with the supply base to gain participation and buy in to the Ariba catalog model
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at once; adapt to changing priorities to meet business demand
•Positive mindset; team player
•Excellent working knowledge of all applications within Microsoft Office 
•Strong User of Excel
