The Associate Advanced Analyst engages directly with Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership to understand current market performance, predict business opportunities, and identify meaningful trends in support of U.S. commercial strategic objectives.

A Day in the Life

• Leverages existing and develops new analytical methods to deliver standard and ad hoc reporting in response to customer needs.
• Collaborates and partners with internal and external customers to implement and manage a reporting/analytics portfolio with the vision & goals of specific stakeholders in mind
• Uses effective communication skills across the organization and at different levels, strategic thinking and actions to inform key stakeholders and support business decisions
• Researches, analyzes and identifies key data driven insights from the data and clearly articulates these nuggets in the form of actionable recommendations for the business leadership.
• Analyzes the data and assesses the requirements from a business perspective, designs and recommends systems and processes as per the organization’s needs
• Learns various data sources, both internal and external, as well as analytical tools (MS Access, Tableau, SQL and Alteryx).

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• English fluency for reading, writing and speaking (confident enough to hold customer/team meetings with US stakeholders)
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting or analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical and out of the box thinking
• Advanced Excel user (Pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA)

Nice to Haves


• Knowledge of Access, SQL, Tableau or Alteryx
• Good process mapping skills
• Good focus on continous improvement activities
• Work flexibility
