ASSOCIATE PROFESSIONAL AFFAIRS & CLINICAL EDUCATION (PACE) SPECIALIST

Medtronic’s Respiratory, Gastrointestinal and Informatics (RGI) businesses are seeking an Associate Professional Affairs and Clinical Education (PACE) Specialist to provide content,  logistical and operational support for execution and management of web- and Webinar-based educational offerings across the RGI portfolio. In this role, you will facilitate customized training and education programs for Medical and Academic Professionals on diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, to increase procedural, technology and product adoption to improve patient outcomes across the Respiratory, Gastrointestinal and Informatics platforms .

A Day In The Life
  • Design and production of Webinars and video lectures on time and in budget
  • Equipment operation
  • Liaise with health care providers providing educational content and delivery
  • Management of contracts with health care providers providing educational content and delivery
  • Management of content approval by Medtronic stakeholders
  • Management of continuing education certificates
  • Management of web-based metrics
  • Communication and promotion of  PACE content to internal Medtronic customers via newsletter, other as indicated
  • Support for development of external PACE promotional materials
  • Participates in conventions, forums, symposia educational content and scientific education programming meetings for promoting product and procedural awareness as needed.
  • Conducts/ Facilitates physician led education and consulting, supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with clinicians and organizations.

Must Have; Minimum Requirements 
  • Bachelors degree required 
  • 0 years of experience required 
Nice To Have
  • Two years experience medical affairs or clinical affairs preferred.
  • Degree in health sciences or health informatics preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse cultures. 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Interpersonal skills

  • Creativity
  • Expertise in MS Office applications.
