• Titulación universitaria superior, preferiblemente en ingeniería, con capacidad en gestión.
• Máster en ingeniería.
• Informática: Microsoft Office 2010 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Inglés alto hablado y escrito.
• Deseable formación en calidad y/o reingeniería de procesos, Lean Sigma, Kaizen.
• Experiencia previa de trabajo en reingeniería de procesos, calidad, análisis y mejora de procesos.
• Experiencia en el ámbito de la sanidad.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos.

• Conocimiento de sistemas de información hospitalarios y/o sistemas de telemedicina.

• Capacidad de coordinar/liderar equipos de trabajo.
• Capacidad analítica y de organización de procesos.
• Capacidad de iniciativa y respuesta ágil.
• Dotes de comunicación / presentación en público.
• Versatilidad.
• Orientación a la calidad.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Liderazgo.
