You will be responsible for providing a leadership role in the Cash Application department, that includes supervising and coordinating the activities of their direct reports to provide excellent service to our customers
This position will be responsible for staffing, developing and coaching a team of direct reports, while ensuring that the needs of our customers are met in a timely and professional manner
Regular interface with other departments and our key stakeholders
Promotes Lean concept & principles by actions and decisions. Develops Lean principles into practical behavior that can be demonstrated, understood and replicated. Supports the change process and ensures that all the factors for change are in place.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure to provide a service to the customers in accordance with SLA.
• Proactively work with the Team in order to deliver the high standard of Cash Allocation
• Supervision of support level employees, providing tactical and/or technical leadership
• Regularly support team performance and also propose reward within own area. Leads, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results based on KPI’s.
• Plans and establishes goals and objectives within the department aligned across ITC stream
• Strive for continuous improvement and consistency in deliverables with Senior team members and ITC enabling function team on process improvement initiatives


• Strong written and spoken English
• Finance background including SAP knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills
• Driven by goals and deadlines
• Proactive and able to demonstrate use of initiative
• Qualified person to Degree level in Human Resources or related discipline
• Experienced with leading and developing team members, cross-functional collaboration and communication


• Fluency in other European
• Previous experience in SSC
• LEAN SIX Sigma qualification
