Must Haves

  • Masters or PhD degree in Life Sciences
  • Min. 3 years’ experience with direct support to and/or leading clinical studies preferable with Medical Devices.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and networking skills
  • Able and willing to strictly follow procedures/SOP's, regulations and guidelines


We are looking for a clinical research expert with a scientific mindset who wants to ‘own’ the data of a clinical trial. This means you are familiar with all phases and types of clinical studies, GCP’s and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials, like ISO 14155.


You are able to manage multiple tasks with setting the right priorities. In addition, you dispose a high attention to detail, but are also able to see the bigger picture.  You are used to take initiative and you demonstrate the ability to work effectively on crossfunctional teams. You may also act as a coach and mentor for junior team members. Furthermore, you have the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and easily build rapport and trust using influence management skills.


You are a good communicator and fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.

Frequent (inter)national travel is part of the job (25-50%).
