A Day in the Life

As part of our talented and professional NSW team of Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers, you will be aligned to our major private and public hospital customers, gaining invaluable learning and professional development; being rewarded very well for your success and stepping onto a path offering genuine career advancement.

The CRHF Clinical Specialist will support our Sydney Territory Managers providing superior customer service and clinical support, whilst assisting in the achievement of sales revenues and market share targets across Sydney. This role is a busy, diverse and highly stimulating position and one which offers the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide specialist technical support on pacemakers and defibrillator devices at follow-ups, clinics and implants as required.
  • Assist Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.
  • Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team
  • In consultation with Territory Managers and Divisional Staff, assist with technical in-services and presentations to customers.
  • Support Territory Managers with inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
  • Support Territory Managers’ account sales strategies through regular contact with key specialists and technical staff.
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team.
  • Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand

Must Have:


  • Strong understanding of pacing products in order to act as a technical support expert
  • Proven experience in a cardiac technologist or Clinical Specialist – CRHF role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen and appreciation for business drivers.
  • A genuine team-playing approach
  • Adaptability and flexibility to travel and support a range of tasks across different hospital locations.
  • Advanced numerical skills – ability to understand and provide guidance to surgeons on what are highly technical pacing algorithms.
  • Computer literacy including a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
  • Holding a valid driver’s license
