Customer Care Representative, Danish speaking
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•You have a bachelor’s degree or similar level of education.
•You should be fluent in Danish, English and preferred another Nordic language
•We are working in many different systems, like MS package (excel) & SAP. Therefore, you need to have experience with ERP system.
•Since we are customer focused, we expect you to have 2+ years’ experience with Customer Service and preferable in an international environment.
Nice to Have:
•Business knowledge
•Experience from complex matrix organization
Additional
There will be some travel activities, but it is limited to training in Denmark and occasional meeting participation
