As IT Project Analyst you will support Diabeter’s Technology and Innovation Leader and clinical product owner in the design and development of IT roadmap for Diabeter’s proprietary EMR and other digital products, and support the delivery of Diabeter products to third-party customers in partnership with MDT IT. 

A Day in the Life

Product development / R&D:

•    Coordinate capture of market research and end-user feedback (internal and external) on future product needs and feed into product development investment decisions
•    Maintain future product development roadmap on behalf of Technology and Innovation Leader and facilitate monthly product development Council with Diabeter LT.
•    Support Technology & Innovation Leader by engaging with internal and external product development partners and capabilities to translate roadmap into detailed needs.

Pre-contracting / BD phase:

•    Engage with Diabeter customers to understand needs and create visibility for IT workstream 
•    Provide input into project scope, budget, and objectives for delivery teams (Vcare, Cloudcare, Treatment Logic and Patient App/Portal.)
•    Identifies dependencies between IT and other workstreams
•    Alignment with IT teams on delivery roadmaps 

Customer Deployment:

•    Monitor on time and on budget delivery of IT components (Vcare, Cloudcare, Treatment Logic and Patient App/Portal.)
•    Partner with Diabeter Activation leader to coordinate customer onboarding 
•    Communicate and managing stakeholder expectations (status reports IT project workstreams)
•    Delivery and ownership of IT related training and educations to Diabeter staff in cooperation with the T&E manager
•    Risk and change management throughout the deployment stage (IT project risks and mitigations, managing risks in- and outside of project)

Closure/Hand-off:
•    Manage go-live, support structure and operational hand-off
•    Conducting lessons learned and updating deployment play books and relevant processes

Must Haves
•    Master’s degree in relevant functional area
•    Excellent in English and other language skills are a plus
•    > 5 years of relevant experience with IT business analysis, project management and business deployments
•    Proficient in English. Dutch is a big advantage. Another European language an asset
•    Competent with Microsoft Office
•    Basic knowledge and understanding of the OutSystems low-code platform
•    Solid knowledge of the Diabetes disease state, the concept of Value Based healthcare, innovative care models such as remote monitoring and e-health applications
•    A bachelor’s degree in international business or other related field of study

•    Strategic and long-term planning approach based upon business needs
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Strong data analytics skills to analyze, interpret data, trends and information
•    Interest in data analytics, application of artificial intelligence, automation
•    Excellent skills in Stakeholder management
•    Excellent cultural awareness and proven track record of operating successfully in an international and multicultural environment

•    Willingness to travel ~50% in country in the Region and EMEA
