The Digital Marketing Program Manager owns the deployment, management and successful implementation of global integrated digital marketing programs to align with the overall marketing and communications objectives of Medtronic's Neurovascular business. You will act as the digital subject matter expert, consulting with the Neurovascular Marketing team and communications team and agency partners to ensure all integrated marketing communications programs appropriately strategize and execute digital marketing tactics to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience that meets the business needs. In this role, you will drive Neurovascular Health Care Professional (HCP) campaigns for Medtronic Neurovascular.

This position is based in Irvine, California.   

A Day in the Life
  • You will manage the deployment of a customer-centric digital strategy and influence a user-first mindset across integrated marketing communications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers and their attitudes and behaviors across platforms, channels and activities to provide segmentation and personalization to the integrated marketing communications plans.
  • Develop comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, social media, landing pages, etc.) with measurable objectives.
  • Develop and build detailed content journeys and trigger points for campaigns that align to the overall customer journey map delivering the right content to our customers at each stage in their decision journey.
  • Partner with analytics resources and the sales operations team to show value of campaigns and provide a regular cadence of performance reports.
  • Act as guide and liaison to marketing and sales team with deployment of CRM/Marketing Automation platform
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Global Digital Social Media, Medical Education, Sales, Analytics, UX/Design, MarTech, IT and others as needed to ensure a seamless end to end customer experience.
  • Identify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of analytics, SEO, lead generation, 3rd party research, competitive analysis, digital trends and past campaign data. Influence various functions and levels within the organization with strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills.
  • Manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work for both digital strategy and implementation
Additional responsibilities:

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, or Masters degree with a minimum of 3 years.

Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or related field of study
  • Experience with SalesForce.com & Marketing Cloud
  •  Experience with Content Management Solution (e.g. Adobe,) 
  • Understanding with marketing automation and e-mail platforms (e.g. Eloqua,)
  • Understanding with analytics (e.g. Adobe, Google,)
  • Understanding on UX/CX, SEO, personalization and design and development of user-friendly websites and digital touchpoints
  • Strong experience in digital advertising and demand generation activities.
  • Ability to repurpose content for various digital channels including the website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads.
  • Adept at understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights
  • Thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences. 
  • Experience in Healthcare/Medtech sector is a plus
  • Experience writing / creating ads for various digital marketing channels such as AdWords, Facebook, or LinkedIn
