Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 15 years of NeuroVascular (NV) experience with 10+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum 13 years NeuroVascular (NV) experience     


·    Nice To Have

  • Medical device industry experience

  • 5+ years of Neurovascular experience in a customer facing role (ie. Medical Education, Marketing or Sales role)

  • Experience developing and implementing programs to grow the business

  • Experience working with professional societies and govt agencies (ex. FDA), either directly or from within a corporation

  • Experience working in the health care industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially regarding policy development, analysis and advocacy; 

  • Must be able to clearly and succinctly convey complex information

  • Very strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people of varied professional, cultural, and educational backgrounds
  • Exceptional advocacy skills with a proven record of successfully driving advocacy strategies
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and government officials
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on specific strategies – with a strong, attendant record of accomplishment 
  • Proven record of success as part of a team
  • Experience working across functional teams 
  • Solid verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills
