Must Have: Required

Education Required
  • High School Diploma
Years of Experience Required
  • 3 years of experience in a high volume medical device distribution warehouse or manufacturing operation. Must be proficient in SAP.
Nice to Have
  • Prefer management/supervisory experience
  • Associates degree
  • APICS or other professional classification
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to represent department at meetings and make presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments, customers and management.
  • Ability to coach others to a high level or accuracy, productivity and attention to detail.  Must be viewed as a resource by others.
  • Discreet with confidential or sensitive information.
  • High level of commitment to operation, initiative, creativity and follow through on commitments.
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as required to support operational needs.
  • Highly adaptable to changing business requirements, processes and workload.
  • Candidate must have the ability to be cross-functional and multi-tasked in the department.
  • Requires familiarity with part numbers, lot numbers and inventory control practices.
  • Detail oriented and able to lift and / or move a minimum 50 lbs. 8 hrs. per day; pushing or pulling 50+ lbs. 8 hrs. per day.
  • Proficiency with SAP.
  • Ability to give and receive direction.
