REQUIRED EDUCATION:  

Four year college degree in business, science or other related field.


REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:  


3+ years of experience in sales management, leading a team of sales representatives.

5+ years’ experience in the medical device industry.
8+ years in progressive sales role


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  

  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals and objectives within budget.
  • Demonstrated success in building, motivating, coaching and leading a sales team
  • Cross functional collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Selling, presentation and technical skills, including computer skills,  (e.g. word-processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and the effective use of presentation software)
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently without frequent direction
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Fiscal experience managing a budget and resource allocation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of results in medical sales

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in the Interventional Radiology space or similar.
  • Independence, energy, and positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and change within dynamic market and business environment
  • Success in leading teams in a complex work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple products / projects
  • Ability to influence others
