Must Have: Minimum Requirements
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 2 years of experience, OR an advanced degree degree with 0 years of experience.

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience using laboratory tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies and multi-meters
• Good interpersonal, communication (both Written and Verbal) and professional skills.
• Possess technical aptitude, ability to learn and has technical depth to work with development and manufacturing.
• Experience in designing analog circuits using discrete components such as op-amps, amplifiers, passive components, A/D and D/A converters, opto-electrical devices, etc. 
• Experience developing and testing embedded controller or microprocessor systems
• Experience in the consumer electronics or mobile hand held device industries
• Experience performing tolerance analysis calculations and studies
• Experience using design tools such as OrCAD schematic capture, SPICE and Matlab.
• Understands PCB and PCBA manufacturing methodologies and processes.
• Excellent time management skill with ability to manage multiple priorities and delivering end product efficiently and on time 
• Solution orientated, generates multiple innovative solutions to complex or critical 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to effectively develop and present business information with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
