Careers That Change Lives

This year alone we have invested $1.5 billion in research and development to bring about meaningful innovations that deliver better patient outcomes at appropriate costs and lead to enhanced quality of life.

Some of our breakthrough innovations include the world's smallest pacemaker, a game changer in how strokes caused by blood clots are treated; and the development of what could be the first artificial pancreas.

At Medtronic, we push the limits of what technology, therapies and services can do to help alleviate pain, restore health and extend life.  We challenge ourselves and each other to make tomorrow better than yesterday. It is what makes this an exciting and rewarding place to be.

We want to accelerate and advance our ability to create meaningful innovations - but we will only succeed with the right people on our team. Right now, we're hard at work developing meaningful healthcare innovations. We're taking on the challenge to transform healthcare and we want you to join us.
