Principais responsabilidades:

• Demonstra entendimento dos objetivos específicos de negócio para os diversos territórios, clientes e stakeholders, a fim de suportar o atingimento das metas;
• Analisa novos mercados e atuais pelas especialidades estrategicamente importantes para sua linha e onde nossa penetração ainda seja tímida, compartilhando e colaborando com sua gestão as oportunidades de expansão.
• Utiliza recursos apropriadamente e eficientemente para otimizar sua produtividade;
• Estuda e realiza com supervisão moderada as orientações estratégicas de sua linha para elaboração dos planos táticos nos clientes diretos e indiretos de suas regiões e posterior acompanhamento.
• Padroniza a linguagem promocional com o time de Vendas indiretas (mensagens, ferramentas promocionais, evidências clínicas, concorrência, padrão de trabalho), compartilhando e adequando melhorias com demais membros da equipe.
• Participa ativamente nas reuniões estratégicas que envolvem sua linha (contas corporativas, reuniões de Marketing, etc.).
• Analisa com supervisão moderada o mercado (vendas, produtos, preço, posicionamento, quantidade de procedimentos, cotas, market share, concorrência).
• Revisa, encaminha e monitora, com supervisão moderada, os Leads e solicitações manifestadas em eventos para tratamento devido (envio de material, esclarecimento de dúvidas, etc.).
• Promove interações com os demais especialistas e equipe comercial a fim de analisar as informações de mercado, fomentando sinergias.
• Atua como Porta-Voz do campo para Marketing, escutando vendedores e clientes e trazendo aos Gerentes de Procedimento suas percepções e alternativas efetivas de soluções.

• Apoiar o desenvolvimento do Programa educacional da especialidade.

• Atuar alinhado com Medical Affairs e health Care Economics sobre o desenvolvimento da medicina baseada em evidencias para procedimentos/Produtos relevantes relacionados com a especialidade cirúrgica.

Requisitos:


• Graduação completa, com preferência para cursos relacionados a Marketing
• Dois anos de experiência na área comercial de empresas de medical devices e em ambiente cirúrgico 

 Experiência no relacionamento com operadoras de saúde
• Conhecimento  de marketing e de suas ferramentas
• Inglês avançado
• Excel intermediário
• Habilidade analítica
• Relacionamento interpessoal
• Habilidade para apresentações e treinamentos

• Disponibilidade para viajar 70 % do tempo
