Must Have: Minimum Requirements 
  • 2+ years of work experience in routine administrative tasks, including record handling, data entry, and customer service (serving internal customers).
Nice to Have:  Preferred Qualifications 
 
  • Reading and writing accuracy is needed in establishing and maintaining order in filing records which may have complex numbering schemes.
  • Experience using PC-based systems.
  • Ability to work independently, within the team and across functions and with others in accomplishing assignments.
  • Ability to pace oneself, remaining focused and adapting to the relative priority of the project or task.
  • Ability to stand, walk and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift cardboard filing boxes (Banker’s boxes) which weigh up to 20 pounds.
  • Experience using PC applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Agile PLM)
  • Ability self-start and self-manage
  • Excellent communication skills- oral and written
  • Positive outlook
