Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another relevant field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience
  • Strong leaderships skills and an ability to communicate effectively cross functionally across the organization.
  • Ability to build, coach and motivate a high-performance technical service team, while holding the team

accountable for results.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities

and multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to manage projects and solve complex problems effectively, efficiently and with creativity solutions.
  • Self-Starter; Organized; Problem-Solving; Detail-Oriented; Administrative
