Global Training and Education Manager, Ventilation

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented professional to join our team of Marketing professionals and educators as a Training and Education Manager.

As a Training and Education Manager, you will educate Medtronic Respiratory Interventions team on the guidelines and standards of Ventilation and its actualization.

In this position, internal customer support is provided in a flexible time schedule. This role will involve managing multiple priorities well and you will be expected to travel globally on regular basis attending meetings and trainings.


•    Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
•    Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
•    Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
•    Maintains communication with internal and external customers to ensure the effectiveness of training.
•    May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
•    Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.


•    High School / University Degree 
•    Sound Knowledge of Ventilations products and technologies
•    Broad management knowledge to lead project teams
•    Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
•    Ability to present information in a clear, concise and timely manner 
•    High sense of empathy, and patience
•    Good English, both written and spoken
•    Full clean driving license
•    Computer literacy
