A Day in the Life
Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and email in our HR shared service contact that we call AskHR.
Answer questions and solve problems for our 50K employees in the Americas region using our robust training combined with your great service. 
Our team works together to share information and learn how we can be the best place for our employees to get their HR questions answered quickly and correctly.
Utilize a variety of technology and software to meet day to day objectives We use some great software to help us get the job done. You’ll learn to use ServiceNow, Workday, Taleo, Microsoft Office and others.

After the initial training period, the hours of this role are 11AM - 8PM, Monday - Friday

Must Haves
High School Diploma

Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree 
Bi-lingual in English/French Canadian
Work experience in a customer facing role
