Must Have – Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate of Applied Science Degree or Associate of Science Degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in a technical position with injection molding experience
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and 3D models
  • Experience (limited) using machining equipment
  • Experience using troubleshooting tools such as: oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters
  • Solid technical ability, equipment set up, and troubleshooting skills
  • Tool design, toolmaking or tool repair experience
  • Experience working with Decoupled III Molding processes and process development
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced plastics processing training certifications (example: Master Molder)
  • Experience following and developing procedures for preventative maintenance
  • Medical manufacturing experience
  • Experience documenting work inside a quality system (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Strong math & physics background
  • People skills to understand cultural differences, adapts quickly, and collaborates effectively
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
