What you will bring to this role:

 For this position we need someone who speaks Norwegian fluently
 As trainings and meetings are in English, we expect you to be fluent in this (written and spoken)
 You have strong sales & negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
 Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone or via video conference
 Your customers are healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, veterinarians etc.) – so you must be able to communicate with a clear and confident voice
 Ability to analyze market trends: customer needs, priorities & opportunities
 You collaborate easily with others, you are trustworthy and able to build a strong internal and external network
 You like to work with new digital technologies
 You like to set challenging goals, take ownership and are result driven
 Ability to work and navigate in a very large international matrix organization
 PATIENCE – we will train you properly! It is hugely important for Medtronic that our reps fully understand our products and market - why your clinical and commercial training will fill the first 6 months of your time with us.
 A business relevant degree is preferred
 Preferably you obtained a minimum of 2 years of experience within remote sales /account management
 Experience within the Medical Devices industry or within a High-Tech environment would be nice


For this role it is needed to travel occasionally for trainings and meetings (app. 10-15 days a year).
