A Day in the Life

Il Maintenace Supervisor, rispondendo al Production Manager, ha il compito di gestire un team di 12 manutentori (elettrici e meccanici) focalizzato nell’esecuzione della manutenzione straordinaria e programmata sui macchinari ed impianti di produzione di ambito biomedicale (principalmente macchine automatiche e impianti al servizio della Produzione in Clean Room). La manutenzione su utilities, servizi tecnici e buildings è invece in capo ad un’altra squadra. Per questo lo scheduling puntuale della attività e la stretta collaborazione con la produzione risultano essenziali. La produzione e la manutenzione si svolgono prevalentemente a ciclo continuo.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Gestione delle priorità e scheduling della attività di manutenzione giornaliere allocando efficacemente le risorse a disposizione;
Gestione del forecast e del budget assegnato per le attività di manutenzione;
Gestione del Maintenance team sviluppando le hard e soft skills dei componenti e creando un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e stimolante;
Operatività in prima persona nelle attività di manutenzione ove le circostanze lo richiedano;
Sviluppo di un piano di manutenzione a lungo termine migliorando i processi esistenti in un’ottica di Continuous Improvement.


·     Pregressa esperienza gestionale (almeno 3 anni) in manutenzione maturata in contesti produttivi complessi e preferibilmente in ambito Biomedicale e/o Farmaceutico;

·     Preferibile laurea in materie ingegneristiche o cultura equivalente sviluppata nel corso del proprio percorso professionale;

·     Sviluppate capacità gestionali di team;

·     Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
