A Day in the Life
• Supports Plant equipment/processes/systems to ensure reliable day to day operation
• Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
• Develops/diagnoses electrical testing equipment and test software.
• May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
• Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
• Support legacy control systems – diagnose/repair/program
• Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations governing the manufacture/service of medical devices.
• Develops/reviews validation documentation related to the implementation of manufacturing and service processes.
• Works closely with cross functional teams across the globe to develop/transfer processes from one facility to another.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, or Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience

Nice to Have
• Experience troubleshooting Electronics/Software in testing systems.
• Experience in Process and Equipment qualification/validation, writing and performing
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
• Experience with CAPA/quality systems
• Experience with six sigma and root cause analysis
• Experience with CFR 820
• Experience managing small/medium projects
• Self motivated with the ability to prioritize deliverables based upon project criticality.
• Experience with Labview
