Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree required with 0+ years of experience. 


Nice to Have:

•    Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•    2+ years proven experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent.
•    Hands-on demonstrated experience creating fixture assemblies, including use of CAD programs such as SolidWorks (or equivalent) to create models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
•    Experience with extrusion, molding, or other polymer process and equipment knowledge is a plus.
•    Self-starter with a proven ability to engage in proactive learning and remain productive with minimal supervision.
•    A solid understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, pneumatics and equipment safety systems and processes.
•    A working knowledge of OSHA and EPA guidelines and standards.
•    General knowledge, expertise or understanding of polymers, tubing, or equipment concepts
•    An understanding of how to handle hazardous material and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
•    Experience with prototyping equipment and tools, ordering parts and spares, managing redesign or equipment including machine shop equipment and/or 3D printers
•    Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and an analytical mind
•    Strong communication and organizational skills
•    An empathic individual who engages in and facilitates a high level of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration as needed
•    Must be highly organized with the ability to lead multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and optimally prioritize projects and tasks
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Medical device or highly regulated industry experience.
