The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.

A Day in the Life


The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees and coordinates the assembly of products following FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO guidelines and Medtronic procedures and documents all processes used.

Monday - Friday 
11:00PM- 7:00AM
*Weekends schedule as needed

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
  • Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
  • Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
  • Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
  • Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 1-year relevant supervisory experience.

Nice to Have
  • 3+ years of experience in device assembly
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Strong focus on drive cultural changes
  • Coaching skills and experience developing high performance and collaborative teams
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing (Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving, A3, DMAIC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in all MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results
  • Ability to motivate and influence a Team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively influence key decision makers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to lead/participate on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Proficient in SAP
