The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches supporting the growth of the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF), Implantable & Diagnostic business in designated countries (Benelux or Alpine (Austria and Switzerland)) within the ABGIN Sales Region (Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Israel and Nordic countries). Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will act as a subject matter expert and drive key initiatives for the Heart Failure Management business area within the CRHF business across the entire ABGIN sales region.


· Work closely with EMEA Downstream Marketing and country sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence including (but not limited to) launch planning, launch forecasting, marketing mix optimization, field sales launch/campaign readiness training and customer meetings
· Set up KPIs to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives
· Support country sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution
· Support market and customer insights generation including competitive intelligence
· Provide input to portfolio and pricing strategies
· Support Marketing Plan and annual operating plan process
· Drive the planning and delivery of key initiatives and projects within Heart Failure Management business area across ABGIN


Education & Experience

· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in marketing function / environment

· ..or…

· Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in marketing function / environment
· Demonstrated successful operations management across field/ customers projects
· Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment, ideally in the medical device industry
· Experience in working with different functions and customer facing

· Knowledge/ proven expertise in marketing management and project management; ability to plan, organise and execute a project independently and on time

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
· Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
· Very good verbal and written presentation skills
· Fluency in English and local language (Dutch and/or German)
· A positive person that brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work


· Comfortable with approx. 30-40% travel
· Job location: Tolochenaz or Bern (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria) or Eindhoven (Netherlands)
