We have an exciting Marketing Project Coordinator opportunity for the right individual to join our expanding Marketing Team.The role works across multiple product platforms with Senior Portfolio and Product managers to facilitate new product launches, maintenance and management of Marketing Materials, Monitoring Competitors Products to maintain an up to date cross reference database, while interacting with sales teams. Additionally, experience will be had working with Digital Marketing and Website maintenance teams to provide optimal customer experiences. The candidate will gain first-hand experience working on contract proposals with Marketing, Sales, and Offer Development by providing critical data and analytics to support the proposal. This role includes working with Global Downstream Marketing on portfolio lifecycle management, analysis, and forecasting.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include, Working on customer Requests for Information and Proposals, Developing and leading Surgical Procedure Pack set up, assisting with monthly category forecasting, maintaining product cross reference data, analyzing customer and market data for segmentation and targeting, managing and improving product logistics by working with channel leaders to improve customer experiences. Managing Marketing promotional and special handling products for both sales and end customer needs.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of Marketing, Communications, Project Coordination, Business Administration, Finance, Ops, Statistics, or Analytics. experience

Nice to Have

  • BS/BA degree
  • Microsoft Excel and Power Point capabilitie
  • Experience with visualization programs such as Tableau and Power BI a plus.
