Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree and 8+ years professional experience in providing direct delivery of employee assistance program (EAP) services
- Professional Licensure in state of practice
Nice to Have
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)
- Critical Incident Stress Management training
- Threat assessment training
- Experience in global EAP service delivery and vendor relations
- Experience in a global, matrixed corporate culture
