MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s in Business / MBA  preferred.
• The individual must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, which includes a strong background of 2-3 years medical or surgical education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the customers, strong presentation skills, exposure to key customers and opinion leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills as demonstrated by an ability to work well with internal departments and external customers on a variety of projects. 
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent level of English
• Proficient ability to read, speak and comprehend regional language(s)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work effectively with all in-house corporate functional departments required to meet departmental objectives.
• Travel could be up to 50% or more. Travel includes working at academic training facility, society meetings, training workshops, sales and executive meetings.
• Works well in hospital and OR environments, training facility (both inanimate and animate settings).
