We are hiring across Medtronic for multiple levels of Program Managers.  Please check the website for specific roles.  We will be scheduling interviews for qualified candidates during the career fair.


Using broad cross-functional knowledge and comprehensive management skills, this role provides direction and leadership to a cross-functional program development team including outside partners and internal members, with expertise from the following disciplines: product development, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality, operations, supply chain, product planning, software product management and software life-cycle management.  

 

Program managers will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional team members to create new processes and systems that deliver leading edge technical solutions for patients, care givers, and clinicians.  They will be the Core Team Lead, enacting our Product Development process to bring high-quality products to market.  They will be responsible for schedules, resources, risk management and engage with senior leadership on a regular basis.


As a Program Manager, you will lead assigned cross-functional team members in the successful development of mobile applications and analytics required to support the strategic plan.   These individuals ensure that products are launched on time and meet established goals and objectives (per project contract).


You will:

o  Create Project charters and contracts

o  Identify resource needs and gaps

o  Maintain and execute schedules

o  Manage and track project budgets

o  Ensure team commitments are met and team members are held accountable

o  Successfully complete phase reviews

Roles typically require 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.  The Sr. level roles will require 5+ years of experience.
