Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience developing and implementing Conga/Apttus CPQ in a Salesforce.com environment; demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and declarative automation,
  • Or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience developing and implementing Conga/Apttus CPQ in a Salesforce.com environment; demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and declarative automation.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Platform App Builder certification. 
  • Platform Developer I certification. 
  • Conga/Apttus Certification.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Lightning.
  • Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills.
  • Audit/Sarbanes Oxley requirements knowledge.
  • Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment required.
  • Conga/Apttus Certification and SFDC Administrator Certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with SF1 mobile configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Data Loader a plus
  • Strong project management skills and experience, and the ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge & experience with Agile/SCRUM Methodology
  • Previous work experience within the Life Sciences sector preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Adaptable team player with the ability to work with all functional areas.
  • Proficient with Conga/Apttus.
  • Proficient SalesForce.com.
  • Accurate, detailed and organized.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task required
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions
  • Advanced understanding of databases and how to analyze and ETL data using Workbench, Dataloader.io, Apex Data Loader, Excel
  • Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff, and executive management
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change
