MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Preference given to current Medtronic employees
• Priority consideration will be given to local applicants 
• Product management experience
• Digital Commerce (B2B/B2C) experience
• Strong collaboration and team work skills. 
• Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) and meeting facilitation skills. 
• Goal oriented, task driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements that meet customer needs
• General understanding of application architecture, data architecture and integration architecture
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and Project Management methodology
• Experience in the development and support of integrated business applications and systems architecture.
• Ability to understand business strategy and provide recommendations that support that strategy.
• Ability to negotiate scope and timelines with stakeholders 
• Ability to understand, analyze and troubleshoot full stack architecture – API testing, data validation, application log monitoring, batch job failures.
• Good understanding of Sales Order Management, Inventory Management and entire OTC business process in the B2C/B2B space.
• Medical Technology and/or Life Science industry experience, familiarity with the FDA regulations, such as Quality System and GMP (21 CRF Part 820), Medical Device Reporting (21 CFR Part 803), Electronic Records (21 CFR part 11)
