Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Juris Doctor
  • Licensed to practice law
  • 5+ years Attorney experience 
Nice to Have
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience at a law firm and in-house
  • Experience negotiating information technology contracts 
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
  • Knowledgeable in privacy laws, including HIPAA
  • Analytical risk identification, evaluation, and management skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, responsiveness and collegiality
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accelerate change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, in diverse substantive areas, at the same time
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization
  • Superior common sense and exceptional judgment
  • Integrity and strong ethical center
  • Exceptional advocacy in negotiating
  • Ability to establish credibility and develop strong working relationships with business partners and clients
