Title of the document Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology. Equivalent business or clinical experience preferred.
  • Preferred Minimum 7-10 years successful sales and marketing experience with MITG or secondary related medical device industry preferred. Medical Education experience highly desirable.
  • Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
  • Ability to meet deadlines, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple, complex tasks, ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong presentation and planning skills


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated record of influence management
  • Articulate; good oral and written communication skills
  • Self directed demonstrating high degree of initiative
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner to others.
  • Strong understanding of disease state, procedural information and related product application.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts (e.g., surgeons and internal customers).
  • Ability to establish proper priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Operate within budgetary limits.
  • Able to make sound business decisions.


  • Requires travel on routine basis (> 60% of time.)
  • Frequent travel time in own car to meet HCPs in Hospitals (>70% of time)
  • Requires to work on weekend workshop courses


The CEM/CES reports to the Head of PACE and Clinical Specialist/Manager will work closely with Marketing, the local Sales Team, R&D Team, national and local thought leaders, local and national societies, and other strategic hospitals.


Key element is flexibility and ability to work independently. Travel associated with this position; requires air travel on routine basis (up to 60% of time.), frequent travel time in own car to clients. Some weekend travel to labs or courses.
