Inspired by the Medtronic mission and dedicated to transforming the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias, to date CAS has transformed the lives of almost 1 million patients.  We are looking for a unique blend of deep marketing experience along with clinical electrophysiology, cardiac ablation and mapping and navigation experience.  You will be responsible for developing and leading strategies to grow revenue, gain share, develop the cardiac mapping and navigation portfolio while accelerating growth in a highly competitive environment.  You will be responsible for upstream and downstream marketing efforts, market development, marketing operations, developing and executing the product launch plan for future and commercialized cardiac mapping and navigation solutions.  This role offers influence leadership and project management to drive execution through a cross-function team and global partners.  If you possess a global mindset and thrive on gaining alignment between the geographies and the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and driven to make a positive impact to patients around the world - this role is for you!

A Day in the Life 

•You will serve as a subject matter expert for electrophysiology, catheter ablation across different procedures (AF< SVT< VT), cardiac mapping and navigation (2D and 3D), and EP clinic workflows and connectivity for the CAS business
•You will lead marketing activities including identifying customer needs, system requirement, market research, capital acquisition programs, and product launch planning and execution for cardiac mapping and navigation technologies
•You will be responsible for developing with long term global cardiac mapping and navigation strategy that addresses both internal and external opportunities and maximizes revenue growth and market share gains; manage external partnerships and distribution opportunities
•You will collaborate across marketing and R&D teams globally to guide development efforts to ensure mapping and navigation value proposition is realized
•You will partner closely with Sales leadership to prepare field for new product launches, develop training and education strategies for internal and external stakeholders
•You will develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key customers and KOLs
•You will develop business models to evaluate organic and inorganic opportunities to make a strong case for investment
•You will prioritize initiatives, drive alignment and garner resources for high-priority programs

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in a marketing, business development, strategy, sales, sales support, clinical or technical role (8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree)
•Experience with operating 3D mapping and navigation systems & EP lab systems in the field to support a variety of procedures, customers, and centers. 

Nice to Have:

•MBA or Master’s Degree
•Previous Medtronic experience or marketing experience in the healthcare industry, medical device or pharmaceutical preferred
•Experience in upstream/downstream marketing, product development, and product launch activities
•Experience in identifying white space opportunities and proposing potential technical solutions to realize the opportunity 
•Experience working with, presenting to and influencing to senior executives and KOLs.
•Strong experience interfacing with physician customers both individually and in group settings
•Track-record and passion for effective cross-functional collaboration
