Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related degree
- 7+ years of experience with Bachelors Degree  OR 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree

Nice to Have
• B.S. or M.S. required in Engineering; PMP certification a plus.
• 10 years product, process manufacturing or supply chain quality engineering experience leading cross functional projects.
• A proven track record in the delivery of large and complex product transfer projects to time and budget within a regulated environment.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification.
• Experience in medical device technology preferred
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, often across different sites and geographies.
• Broad understanding of medical device development processes compliant with QSR and ISO 13485.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project to develop schedules, allocate resources and establish program budgets.
• A self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.  Must be able to convey business and technical concepts to diverse stake-holders and technical teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
