Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have
•Effective Change Agent that embraces the change and thrives in it
•Expertise in Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning processes and Master Data  
•Demonstrated experience in adult learning and training users on new processes and technologies
•Ability to assess effectiveness of learning and knowledge
•Highly organized, good time management skills
•Flexible but organized to adapt to changing training needs - most training may need to be delivered via WebEx
•Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills
•Analysis skills - recognizing learner needs and differences, adapting training delivery to address those needs
•Capable to develop and manage content
•Able to engage the learners, keep the training interesting and effective for the learning experiences
•Excellent written and oral communication skills 
•Super user knowledge of SAP R3 and APO and / or other planning systems
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
•Demonstrated use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI) or other analytical tools
•MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with an emphasis on supply chain management or advanced supply chain information systems.
•Strong organizational skills, ability to perform under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
•Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in process formulation, process improvement and project management.
•Ability to overcome ambiguity, imperfect data, and the limits of process definition to achieve exceptional and timely results
•Work experience includes a large global manufacturer/distributor operating in a matrix organization structure
•Medical Device or other regulated industry experience
