We are currently recruiting a Product Manager to join our successful and highly collaborative Neuromodulation team. This unique opportunity will suit a talented, enthusiastic and passionate Product Manager with a strong medical/ health background. The Product Manager will drive the marketing and business strategies for our Pelvic Health ANZ portfolio, ensuring successful implementation of exciting new products and growing the long-term sales, profit and market share position for the portfolio. The role will also support the brand strategy development and further develop relationships with key opinion leaders.

A Day in the Life

  • Providing expert training and support to clinicians and staff on Medtronic’s Pelvic Health therapies – from procedure to programming.
  • Being the expert and key contact point for clinicians, staff and suppliers on all aspects of Pelvic Health Therapies.
  • Acting as a role model and coach to staff on how to appropriately promote and competitively position of our products and technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, local field staff and Medtronic colleagues overseas to advocate / defend ANZ needs and identify, localize and expand global and regional best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines with regard to products, procedures and operations.
  • Ensuring that the Company’s agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
  • Lead the preparation and submission activities for hospital tenders and contracts, working closely with colleagues across functions and related portfolios
  • Work with the Associate Product Manager and the cross functional team to ensure we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place, in the right quantities, at the right price and with the right regulatory and reimbursement approvals.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.
  • Participate in relevant industry meetings, conferences and councils/committees as agreed with Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation.
  • Observe all health and safety policies and procedures and take all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others.
  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s Mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with Medtronic’s Finance and Legal policies and procedures, respond to both Internal and External Audit enquiries in a timely manner, and ensure follow-up on Action Items to address Audit recommendations.
