To support our Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG) business unit within Atrial Fibrillation Solutions specialization for the ABGIN region we are currently looking for a fulltime dynamic, decisive and highly collaborative Product Manager with excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and natural ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.  Solid business acumen, pragmatic and problem-solving attitude, accountability, presentation skills and customer- focused mindset are the key. This is a great challenge for a person with minimum of 3 years product marketing and Cardiology/Electrophysiology experience and with relationship-building attitude. 

A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you will be responsible for tailoring, planning and implementing regional marketing campaigns, including coordination of these activities in the countries of the assigned region, to fuel product sales. You will serve as a liaison between Country Sales, Regional Leadership and Strategic Marketing in the following areas: competition, product/price positioning, product portfolio, product phase-in and phase-out, and value add messaging.

To be successful in this role you need to be a self-starter that takes the initiative to start and complete assignments on their own. 

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and focus on execution of regional marketing campaigns
Managing projects and budgets associated with marketing activities in area of responsibility
Driving implementation of programs in partnership with the sales organization
Providing analysis of competitive information and developing sales tactics
Full marketing mix to ensure successful product launches
Collaborating with relevant internal departments to resolve issues and ensure that marketing programs are executed as planned
Providing expert consultation to sales representatives facing product marketing issues
Strategic and long-term product planning, in close collaboration with Country Business and Sales Managers
Defining and implementing product/price positioning in line with EMEA positioning strategy
Working with the marketing team in the Swiss headquarter office to enhance and/or execute marketing campaigns to support the strategy for the region
Monitoring and coordinating product phase-in and phase-out activities
Facilitating country specific implementation of key market development strategies & tactics
Building and maintaining relationship to sales force teams/distributors
Ensuring alignment of education and clinical activities with regional strategy
Supporting training & education- identifying and developing relationships with regional proctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to accelerate market growth
Contributing to the regional strategy and annual operating plan (AOP) process
Product demand planning and executing
Engaging with KOLs and Key Hospital Stakeholders to ensure adequate recognition of the value of the BU therapies and solutions and maximize clinical and non-clinical customer engagement
Attending medical conferences, sales meetings, meeting with customers and field representatives regularly to gather information, identify needs and assess opportunities to help drive marketing programs and sales
Developing a robust internal network with country functions to maximize sales process and customer satisfaction (i.e. CVG, Legal, Human Resources, Customer Service, Finance, Reimbursement, Pricing, Clinical, Integrated Health Solutions)

Must Haves
You have a bachelor’s degree 
At least 3 years of years of experience in Cardiology/Electrophysiology market
Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience 
Communication, relationship-building and project management skills 
Experience working in multinational company
Strong project management skills
Analytical background with strong data analysis experience 
Fluent in English
You are flexible: Approximately 50%+ travel time, mainly in ABGI/Nordic countries and Europe is required
Living in one of following countries (as job is based in):  Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland

Nice to Haves
MBA degree
Experience in medical device marketing and digital marketing is a plus
German and/or Dutch are an asset
