  • To develop and maintain a high level product knowledge of Medtronic – Surgical Technology products and competitive products
  • To maximize orders, market share, customer satisfaction for Medtronic - Surgical Technology products and provide business solution
  • To develop long-term customer relationships, KOL network, show site management and customer satisfaction and drive growth in association with the Marketing Team
  • To implement the marketing strategies to secure market share and profitable business growth in association with the Marketing Team
  • To develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business


A Day in the Life


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with Marketing-Sales Team in developing business plan to achieve company revenue
  • Coordinate with marketing team in product development activities:
    • Provide support for marketing collaterals, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities
    • Assist in new product introduction and release activity
    • Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities
    • Conduct product training
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities
  • Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up
  • Work with marketing-sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers
  • Work with marketing-sales team to formulate marketing strategy drive market share and meet business targets
  • Must be organized, self-motivated and possess business knowledge to develop sales objective


Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience


Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Medical degree/healthcare or technical field i.e. biomedical engineering, medical physics or life science field)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Min 5+ years in selling/commercial, experience in healthcare industry is preferred
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
  • Experience in product management
  • Excellent organizational skills, negotiation skills, and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build report at all levels within an organization
  • Strong capacity and drive to develop career
  • Ability to travel frequently across the country/city as required by the business
  • Collaborative, Ethical, Motivated and Good Communicator
  • Based in Jakarta
