A Day in the Life

The Product Support Admin, provides administrative services and assistance to internal Diabetes team members and corresponds with external customers when required.

 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
  • Places orders for patients.
  • Handles inquiries from customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding deliveries.
  • Track loaner and reported product returns and follow up customers for overdue returns, as needed.
  • Prepare all exports to Business Unit – disposables, warranty pumps, non-functioning loaners and other pumps as required.
  • Assisting in orders, expedited shipment, delivery issues, returns, as needed by the Product Support Team.
  • Assist in placing travel loaner, demo, and other orders, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Returns Team on products returned without RGA.
  • Take messages for Product Support team.
 
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual French/English is preferred.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Administration
