Careers 2.0 is a new program that is designed to increase the pipeline of female STEM talent who are returning from a two or more year career break. This program provides the opportunity for professionals to get back into the workforce at a later life stage and offers a powerful return-to-work strategy for individuals. This program is part of a large initiative to increase the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) talent pipeline driven by the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch, a career re-entry firm.

Day in the Life:
  • Provide program management and process improvement expertise to gain Operations efficiencies by creating, modifying and updating Operations manufacturing enterprise-level policies and procedures.
  • Provide a roadmap for data inputs and outputs to communicate consistent quality performance measures and improve metadata collection.
  • Update and oversee the program plan for the following programs: lab optimization / efficiency optimization program, workflow maturity (WFM), and first-time quality (FTQ).
  • Create business case(s) and prioritization justification for continuation of project resources and expenses, inclusive of ROI and financial analysis.
  • Provide additional program management and project coordination activities as required, including scheduling meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items, and updating scorecards and financials. 

This is a temporary position for Career 2.0 Program.

  • Responsible for working with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects.
  • Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
  • Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives.
  • Works with different departments including sales, marketing and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•        A current career break of two or more years
•        An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
•        Minimum of 4 years of relative professional experience
