A Day in the Life

  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective with set timeframes.
  • Liaise with the hospital to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Providing administrative support as required and help with the preparation of marketing budgets.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to both stakeholders, Medtronic & the hospital.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting timely reviews and monitoring.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities and monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • To process  payments in e cats.
  • To check bills & create Milestone for Payment
  • Execution of SPR in ecats.
  • Timely mail communication with the sales repa/ finance/SSC China team.
  • Sponsorship payments follow up with BU Manager, Fianance,creation of PRF.
  • To process Ecats related employee payment-EE Report & Vendor advance payment in e cat
  • To process Amex Flight bills PO
  • To co oridnate for NPNP PO & providing data.
  • To resolve compliance query regarding HCP payment.
  • Preparing BTC letters  _ Hotel  vendors  for  MDT events 
  • Scanning all the  bills related payment processing.
  • Each & Every cost center wise bifurcation to proccess CV/Endovascular bills.
  • Making SPR amendments, proactivaly budget monitaring with SPR budgets.
  • Review /checking of SPR requests.
  • Collection and distribution of  cheques from dispatch dept. & sending to Sales Person/Hotels etc.
  • Time to time support for other dept.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
