    In this exciting role as a Medical Affairs Operations Coordinator, Medical Affairs Strategy, you will be responsible for the central administration and operations support for the Surgical Innovations Medical Affairs Strategy group as well as support for additional Medical Affairs functions including Global PACE, Medical Directors Group and Health Care Economics

    The Medical Affairs Operations Coordinator will support the MA multi-disciplinary stakeholders with central Operations functions including the contracting system, payment processes and document approvals.,    The Operations Coordinator will work closely with assistant to the VP of the function and provide back up support.  The role is focused on ensuring, timely, compliant and efficient central operations support throughout the SI MA group.  The Operations Coordinator will assist in creating standard work for intake and management of operations processes and metrics.

    A Day in the Life

    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
    • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
    • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
    • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
    • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
    • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
    • Provide central operations support for contracts, payments and document approvals
    • Process expense reporting
    Must Have: Minimum Requirements 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
    Nice to Have 
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Project Management experience 
    • Lean / Six Sigma exposure or background
