Reporting to the local R&D leader, the Project Coordinator IV will primarily provide support to the R&D function and secondarily support other functions in the small NDT business.  

A Day in the Life
  • Provides project or program support to NDT R&D, Marketing, Quality and Ops.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides logistics support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Provide organizational administrative support for members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities including but not limited to:
- Meeting Support:  Call into webex/videoconference for key meetings.  
- Coordinate presentation materials before meetings
- Purchase Requests:  Create purchase requests in Medtronic eFORMS system
- Supplies:  Order office supplies thru vendors
- NDA/CDA:  Initiate confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements for all new vendors
- Planning:  Manage calendars for key team members providing coordination for meeting planning
- Catering: Order food for meetings
- Hardware: Order hardware for employees (computers, supplies)
- SOW:  Submit statement of work contracts between Medtronic and vendors for approval to legal
- Business Cards:  Order business cards
- NDT SharePoint Site Access:  Give Access to individuals to internal communications Web Page used by NDT team
- MSA Forms:  Blank MSA request form
- Invoice Approval:  Work with appropriate approvers for payment of invoices to vendors
- Onboarding: Primary resource to provide onboarding logistics for new hires 
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Work Autonomously: Works on assignments that are fast paced and complex in nature, and may be responsible for leading daily operations. 
  • Initiative:  Performs a variety of complex administrative and clerical duties. Has high degree of initiative; Work may be done without established procedures. 
  • Organizational Impact: Work may include activities related to special assignments and providing instructions to accomplish day to day work activities to others in the department. 
  • Innovation and Complexity: Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.  Problems faced are general and may require understanding of other job areas
  • Communication and Influence: Communicates with internal and external contacts. Obtains and provides information on matters of significant importance to the job area.
